University of Pennsylvania: Student Residences
Accommodations are air-conditioned multi-occupancy suites with private bedrooms and shared living spaces, near 38th/39th Street and Locust Walk (roughly a 10-15 minute walk to Van Pelt). Up to four people may live in a suite, but each person will have their own bedroom. If you would like to share your suite with a particular person, you will be able to identify this preference during the registration process. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
Housing will be available the nights of Saturday, June 17 to Saturday, June 24. A limited number of rooms are available, so we recommend that you make a reservation as soon as your travel plans are finalized. The rate for University Housing is $58.00 per night. A 15.5% occupancy tax will automatically be added to this charge. There will also be a $27 flat charge for your TempCard, which will be your access to the residence hall and is required.
