What is the Penn Librarian Teaching Institute?

Teaching in the Collaborative ClassroomFall 2020 Online Teaching Resources

The Penn Librarian Teaching Institute aims to improve the teaching practices of librarians through active dialogue, practice among peers, and the review of current literature in the learning sciences. The Institute is open to any and all librarians at Penn. This LibGuide will serve as a repository for all Teaching Institute slides, reading lists, and content collectively developed during the sessions.

For 2020, we are focusing on online teaching. In addition to monthly learning sessions, we invite Penn Librarians to our weekly practice hours, to be part of workshopping cohorts, or to make an appointment for a teaching consultation.  Please contact Katie Rawson at krawson@upenn.edu for information.
