A home for the Penn Invitational Calendar of online classes offered by other institutions (not Penn) which are free and open to the public virtually.

Submitting Updating and Removing Events

To submit your events for inclusion on the Collaborative Calendar, please send an RSS Feed with the events you would like added to dentlib@pobox.upenn.edu with the subject heading “RSS Feed Submission”. All events must be publicly accessible virtually, at no cost for members of the public. We are currently accepting events from all interested organizations. The events must be connected to improving our knowledge of research workflow tools and processes, especially around areas of information discovery, artificial intelligence, data management, research funding, scholarly publishing, open access, and research impact assessment. 

To submit a recording of a CE event for inclusion please send an email to dentlib@pobox.upenn.edu with a static link to a hosted version of your recording, for example a YouTube or Mediaspace link or a link to a cloud based repository such as a Google Drive or Box link. We can only accept recordings with the rightsholders permission. 

To request changes to an event on the calendar please email, dentlib@pobox.upenn.edu with the subject heading “Calendar Update”. Please include a brief description of the changes as well as which events need to be updated. 

If you believe an event or recording has been added to our calendar mistakenly please contact dentlib@pobox.upenn.edu with the subject heading “Calendar Corrections”. We will happily remove any events that are canceled, not open to the public, not virtual, or which the hosting institution does not want included on the calendar.
