Perform the search that you want to capture in the Keep Me Posted alert.
Click Create Keep Me Posted Alert.
Choose the options on the Create Keep Me Posted Profile dialog box.
Titleidentifies the alert. This field is required.
Descriptiondescribes the alert. This field is optional.
Durationspecifies when the alert will expire. By default, the alert will expire in one year.To change the Duration, click Change. You can set the alert to expire in 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
Frequencyspecifies how often the alert will run. ChooseWeekorMonthfrom the drop-down list.
When Exclude previously retrieved results is unchecked, the Keep Me Posted results will include new records that have been added since the alert was last executed, plus any records previously retrieved that have been updated. When the option is checked, the Keep Me Posted results will include only new (not updated) records.
To request e-mail notification of KMP results, click Preferences in the upper right corner of the screen. On the Preferences page, check the option to Receive e-mail notification of Keep Me Posted results.

Edit a Keep me Posted Alert
After creating a Keep Me Posted Alert you may want to alter the search, to edit the researched parameters go to Saved Searches and Select Keep Me Posted. Choose the search you would like to edit and select edit on the left side of the page.
Editing will take you to the original "Keep Me Posted" search page, at this point you can change the title, description, status, frequency, or to exclude previously retrieved results.
