Events and Outreach Guide: Library Snapshots

The Penn Libraries is one organization comprised of multiple libraries and a large number of departmental divisions and units.  Many students are unaware of this fact and can go through their entire academic career without realizing they have access to a much wider network of libraries, services, and resources.

Library Snapshots will provide a quick, at-a-glance overview of our departmental libraries and student-facing units by sharing useful tips, highlighting key resources, and providing key contact information. 

A page will be dedicated on our Libraries Showcase libguide/site to highlight our Library Snapshots.  Each library and unit will have a profile box that includes the information they submitted along with a photo.

1. Departmental librarians and student-facing unit heads, please check your inbox for an email from Katie Rawson for a link to a submission form.
2. Complete the form by July 31.
3. If you have a photo you'd like to use in your profile, please send your photo to Katie by August 15.
