The Penn Libraries Leadership Team and the Strategic Planning Steering Committee presented and hosted a discussion of the Strategic Plan 2020-2025 on October 22, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., in Class of 1978 Orrery Pavilion (6th Floor, Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center). Together we reviewed the milestones of the process and present organizational mission, vision, values statements, strategic priorities, and an overall framework for the plan. Time was also allotted for Q&A.
The presentations from 07/22/2019 have been separated out into their three component portions for easier access to specific topics and contain additional details including hyperlinks where relevant. Each slide deck is available in PowerPoint (PPT) format with notes embedded, or else as a PDF document. The detailed focus group results contain additional information and context from our focus group results: It represents a deeper look at the high-level topics covered in the report-out to staff om July 22, 2019.
