Bloomberg
Type your company's ticker symbol then hit the yellow EQUITY key. Next type FA and the green GO key. In the left hand column, click on As Reported.
S&P Capital IQ
Search by company name, then select Key Stats to easily download all available financial statements. Select "Original Filings" from the Restatement drop-down box to see the numbers as originally filed.
Refinitiv Workspace
Access to current and historical data, including financial statements, filings, stock prices, earnings estimates, deals, analyst reports, and more. Search for a company of interest, then select Financials. Use the filters on in the left-hand menu to select data ranges, original/restated, etc.

Compustat
Available via WRDS. Provides easily extractable financial data from balance sheets, income statements and statements of cash flows from 1950-present.

Refinitiv Workspace
Includes some pre-Edgar filings including annual reports for larger companies.
S&P Capital IQ
Available under News, Events & Filings from a company's record.
