Google Analytics for Social Media Workshop

Google Analytics is a tool that can be customized to work with your website, blog, or other web presence and that can provide you with the data which will help you to evaluate and improve your site’s effectiveness and visibility. At this workshop, you will learn what types of data Google Analytics provides, how to set it up and customize it for your site and data needs, and how you can use this data to manage and boost your viewership. You will leave the workshop with the information necessary to set Google Analytics up on your own site, whether it is a multi-page institutional or departmental site, or your professional webpages or blogs; you will also learn tips for maximizing your web presence. We plan to include time for Q&A and conversations specific to social media outreach.
