Library Network Account (computer account)
All library staff will receive and use a library domain account, which is what is used to log onto office computers and access various network resources
Under Schools and Centers Active Directories, click on Library.
Log in with your PennKey and PennKey password.
Set your new Library password.
It may take up to 15 minutes for the new password to be fully active.
O365 Account

Penn’s Telephone & Voice Mail Services uses VoIP (Voice over IP) technology. VoIP offers a host of features and benefits not available with traditional analog phone service. Penn’s VoIP service is called PennNet Phone.
Confluence is our cloud-based intranet used for sharing documents, projects, and articles among other internal library staff members. Library staff would use their Pennkey credentials to access the site.
Adobe Accounts
All Penn Libraries staff who require the use of Adobe products for work, may request an account created by client and computing services.
Aeon is automated request and workflow management software specifically designed for special collections libraries and archives. Aeon improves patron service and maximizes staff efficiency while providing unparalleled item tracking, security and statistics.
The Ares system automates library reserve services, provides around-the-clock access to reserves collections, includes integrated copyright management services, and saves time for faculty members and library staff.
The ILLiad Resource Sharing Management software (ILLiad) saves you time by managing all of your library’s borrowing, lending, and document delivery through a single, Windows-based interface.
