Economics in the Penn Libraries Catalog

Our library catalog lists books, ebooks, journal and ejournal titles, video and audio recordings and streams, datasets, and databases in the Penn Libraries collection. The library catalog includes entries for online resources licensed by the Penn Libraries and many online resources that are open-access to the world's readers. While individual working papers within some working paper series appear in the library catalog, in general the library catalog does NOT list individual articles within journals.

Economics in Subject Heading phrases

"Economic conditions" : use this subject phrase with placenames and with classes of persons and ethnic groups, including occupational groups. Use "Economic conditions" or "Social conditions" for socioeconomic status. Use "Economic conditions" for economic history.

"Economic aspects" : use this subject phrase with topical headings and with places.

"Economic policy" : use this subject phrase with placenames.

"Economic integration" : use this subject phrase with regional places larger than countries.

"Regional disparities"

"Foreign economic relations" : use this subject phrase with placenames.

"Housing" : use this subject phrase for the social and economic aspects of the provision of housing with classes of persons and ethnic groups.
