The Penn Libraries Events and Outreach Guide
The Events and Outreach Guide is a resource created to help the staff of the Penn Libraries with along every step of the event planning process. Whether you're planning a large conference for faculty and researchers or tabling an event for New Student Orientation, this guide will provide you with the tools and information you'll need to ensure that your outreach efforts are a success.
The guide was developed by the Penn Libraries Events and Outreach Working Group. This group, composed of library staff across multiple departments, was brought together to help other library staff improve their outreach efforts and more effectively plan, promote, and create successful events throughout the year.
