There are many libraries on Penn's campus. Most of the books for this class are held on reserve in the Fisher Fine Arts Library. Browsing for books in Fisher is a delight, but there are also many resources in Van Pelt-Dietrich library. All of the libraries share the same catalog, Franklin, so begin your research there by searching for some key terms such as "East Asia" AND "garden."
