Searching the Catalog

Library catalog
Click on Advanced, then use the box next to Journal Title to enter the name of a newspaper or journal (e.g. wall street journal). This is the most comprehensive search through the library's subscriptions and the best way to check to see if we have access to a certain newspaper or journal.

You can also run an Advanced Search through the Franklin catalog to pick up new books by Penn authors or other topics of interest.

Articles+
A broad, basic search for articles. Enter keywords from title, author name, etc to search through holdings from some, but not all, publishers.
PennText Article Finder
Use the PennText Article Finder when you have an article's citation information (journal title, article title, date, author).

Resources for legislative documents, which are key for understanding how laws are developed, discussed, and implemented.

Links to higher education-specific resources tailored for individuals working in government relations or public affairs offices.

Official publications issued by the executive branch of government that detail how laws are implemented and outline policy decisions.
