Finding Our Voices: Humanities in Medicine
This activity aims to provide an opportunity to all those who deliver healthcare to learn and practice narrative skills through writing, reflection, observation and listening. It will help participants build empathy, self-awareness and connection with colleagues thereby affecting delivery of humanistic healthcare. The conference will include a keynote address followed by break out sessions which will involve participation with writing, art, song writing as forms of expression and sessions on program development in the humanities.
