Staying up late studying? Performing last-minute research? Taking breaks can help reduce stress and improve your ability to focus on a task for a prolonged period of time.
Penn Libraries have curated a collection of activities to relieve stress during Reading Days (December 11-14) and the Final Examination period (December 15-22). We encourage you to explore the site and enjoy some mindful downtime so you can return to studying feeling refreshed, focused, and energized. Trust us, your brain will thank you.
