Penn Libraries Study Breaks

Reading days and final exams can often be a very stressful time for everyone.  All of us at the Penn Libraries want to ensure that students succeed academically but we also encourage you to find find and positive ways to relax and take a break.

Join us online on December 11 for our digital Dog with cats!  Virtual rooms will be open for you to watch and interact with therapy dogs as well as the pets of Penn librarians.  They're also available to answer questions you may have.

Join our Virtual Study Breaks December 11 - 22.

Good luck on your finals!

Staying up late studying? Performing last-minute research? Taking breaks can help reduce stress and improve your ability to focus on a task for a prolonged period of time.

Penn Libraries have curated a collection of activities to relieve stress during Reading Days (December 11-14) and the Final Examination period (December 15-22). We encourage you to explore the site and enjoy some mindful downtime so you can return to studying feeling refreshed, focused, and energized. Trust us, your brain will thank you.
