Scanning Cost
Prerequisites

Payment must be made using the PennCash system and requires a PennCard.

Funds can be deposited in your PennCash account through the PennCard website,
PennCard Center .
First Time Use

To use our copiers, you need to register your PennCard.

Tap your card on the black card reader to the right of the screen.

Enter your PennKey and PennKey password and tap “Associate card.”
Scan Instructions

Press “Scan” on the menu screen after you’ve logged in.

The copier currently supports scan to email. Your email address should automatically appear in the “To:” field.

Adjust settings as needed by clicking the “Settings” button.

Click “Start Scanning” to scan.

When done, select Logout.
Remember to Logout: Tap your PennCard on the card reader or click Logout on the screen!
