Click this link. You may be prompted to log in.
- On the next page, click on the middle dropdown menu box labeled "Category" and select "Admin spaces". Click "Go"
- Once on the reservation page for the rooms, select the date and start time for your event.
- A box will pop open asking you to enter the ending time for your meeting (Default is an hour). Enter an end time and submit.
- A second box will appear asking for name and email. If this is for your use, please enter your name and email. ALSO, please add an internal note with a label for your event. Click on "Add Booking"
- Your event should now appear on the calendar, and you should receive a confirmation email from LibCal.
