Publishing a manuscript in a journal or presenting a poster or paper at a conference are some of the more well-known options for sharing information with colleagues.  Other opportunities for sharing scholarship include:

• Writing a commentary. 
• Working on a white paper for a professional organization.

Affiliation

If you want to be discoverable as a Pennsylvania Hospital employee, be sure you include "Pennsylvania Hospital" in the affiliation field when you submit your manuscript.
