Exporting Data

Export buttonData can be exported from Covidence using the Export button that appears near the top of the "Review Summary" screen.

Export References to Citation Manager - export study lists to your citation manager program (EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley, RefWorks) or to a CSV file.

  • In the "References" box:
    • select the list you would like to export
    • and the Format you need.
    • then click, Export
  • Click Download in the "Recent Exports" area when the file is ready.

Export inter-rater reliability (IRR) data

  • In the "inter-rater reliability" box:
    • select the screening stage, title/abstract or full text. Then click, Export CSV
  • Click Download in the "Recent Exports" area when the file is ready.

Export Extraction Data

  • In the "Data Extraction" box:
    • select the appropriate format: CSV (all studies in one sheet) or Excel (one study per sheet)
  • Then click, Export
  • Click Download in the "Recent Exports" area when the file is ready.

Export to RevMan 5 - If you used the Extraction 1.0 format and created comparison tables for some of your extracted studies, you can export the data to RevMan5.

  • Access the Export screen.
  • Select "Export to RevMan"
