MathSciNet has a clipboard which allows you to save results from multiple searches and download them at the end of your session.
To add an item to the clipboard click on the "Clipboard" link below the bibliographic details of an article. At the top of the screen a clipboard link will appear, to access the items you have saved just click on this.
You can then choose to view the articles, remove any that you no longer want or save them in ASCII, BibTex or EndNote formats.
