Notes
1. Membership in SHARP is required for all presenters of papers or digital projects. Presenters must register for the conference by May 15, 2013.
2. Those who will not be presenting but wish to attend may register as non-members. However, it is to everyone's advantage to join, or renew their membership in, SHARP. Members will not only benefit from reduced conference registration rates but are also eligible for an early bird discount for the month of April 2013.
3. The SHARP 2012-13 membership year runs through June 30 of each year, so current members must renew for 2013-14 in order to present at the conference in July. New members will receive a 2013-2014 membership and will not need to renew in June.
4. Cancellations must be made by June 15, 2013 for a refund, minus a $75 administrative fee. Any cancellations after June 15, 2013 will not be eligible for a refund.
