Relaxation Room

In collaboration with the Center for Public Health Initiatives, the Community Health & Engineering Librarian opened the Relaxation Room in the Stemmler side of the Biotech Commons in 2018. The Relaxation Room is a quiet space intended for folks to take a break from studying and other stressful things. You are welcome to stretch on the yoga mats, do chair yoga, color, write positive thoughts, listen to soothing music, do a puzzle, and/or squeeze a stress ball!  In the meantime, please continue adding suggestions to the Relaxation Room Wish List.

Due to the popularity of the this room, the Vet School Library and Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center opened similar wellness rooms.
