Relaxation Room

In collaboration with the Center for Public Health Initiatives, the Community Health & Engineering Librarian opened the Relaxation Room in the newly reopened Stemmler side of the then-Biotech Commons (now Biotech Commons). The Relaxation Room is a quiet space intended for folks to take a break from studying and other stressful things. You are welcome to stretch on the yoga mats, do chair yoga, color, write positive thoughts, listen to soothing music, do a puzzle, squeeze a stress ball, and/or play with a fidget spinner! In the future, the Biotech Commons plans to partner with the Fisher Fine Arts Library to do interdisciplinary exhibits and events geared towards wellness. In the meantime, please continue adding suggestions to the Relaxation Room Wish List.
