Supreme Court Collections

Established by Article Three of the United States Constitution, the U.S. Supreme Court is the highest court in the federal judiciary of the United States for all cases of Constitutional concern. The Supreme Court is the final arbiter (court of last resort) of appellate decisions of all U.S. federal court cases and state court cases that involve important aspects of U.S. federal law.
