How to link your myNCBI account with your ORCID account:
Log into your myNCBI Account.
Click on your username in the top right of the page to navigate to the Account Settings.
Click Change under the Linked Accounts section.
The pop-up box, Link a new 3rd-party account, will appear.
In the search box provided, type "ORCID."
Select ORCID and enter your ORCID username and password to authorize your access.
On the Linked Accounts section of your NCBI Account Settings page, your ORCID account will be listed.
On your ORCID account, click your name, then the link for Trusted Parties. Your myNCBI Account will be listed as a Trusted Organization.
When the link between the ORCID and My NCBI accounts is created, you will be able to access your ORCID citations from SciENcv or My Bibliography automatically.
Unfortunately, there is no automated way to pull citations from My NCBI. However, you can manually export the citations from My NCBI and import them into your ORCID account.
