Find is the new Penn Libraries online catalog and holdings index, covering books, journals, conference proceedings, videos, audio recordings etc. in all 15 campus libraries. You can search by author, title, journal title, keyword, subject or call number to locate materials. For more help in searching Franklin, consult the online user guide at

Science & Engineering Databases
The library provides access to many different databases, but these are only available to Penn faculty, students and staff. MathSciNet, zbMATH, Scopus, Web of Science, arXiv, and SciFinder are some of the more popular databases for MPA patrons. All of these databases may be accessed via bookmarks on the MPA website home page, or can be searched on the library website in our “e-resources” search bar.
For information about which databases are best for a particular patron’s subject area, contact a Subject Librarian (for Math, Physics, and Astronomy, that would be our librarian, Lauren Gala).
