End Users may download and use works in ScholarlyCommons in any manner consistent with fair use, copyright laws, the terms of use, and that does not violate anyone’s rights.
End Users are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for content that requires copyright authorizations, trademarks or other legal principles.
End Users are responsible for determining whether a work is protected by copyright, the identity of the copyright holder, and the means for appropriately using the work.
Data End User Agreements
End Users will download resources for statistical analysis purposes and reporting aggregated information only.
End Users will protect the confidentiality of all research participants at all times, including not attempting to identify individual subjects.
End Users will report inadvertent identification of individuals to ScholarlyCommons immediately.
